Whether it’s a creative plateau, a pricing hurdle, or a strategic crossroads, sometimes the best way to find clarity is to get your body moving and your perspective shifting.
The Gathering: Join us for an afternoon centered around moving that energy. We’ll gather at Gilsland Farm Audubon Center in Falmouth for:
A grounding meditation visualization to identify an area where things feel stagnant
Peer coaching while we walk to gain multiple perspectives while moving that energy
A closing ritual to release what no longer serves us and integrate new perspectives that feel helpful.

Where: Gilsland Farm Audubon Center, Falmouth, ME which is just 10 minutes outside of downtown Portland on the coast. We will meet in the parking lot area near the trailhead.
When: Wednesday, April 22 @ 1:00 PM – 2:30 PM.
Cost: $10 - $30 sliding scale
Bring: Comfortable walking shoes and water.
